Toroidal Winding calculations

When setting up a new product to wind on a toroid machine, it can become a mine field of specifications and calculations.

The calculator shown below aims to be a guide in simplifying this process.

Simply enter core dimensions and wire info, the calculator will find wire length to load, and theoretical finished wound core dimensions. then compare it to a shuttle chart of you size and recommend the shuttle to use
