The EZ-2500 is a floor standing
style winding machine, Large size to be easily placed in a factory or
workshop, equipped with head and bench in galvanised steel and covered in
stainless steel, face plate, tailstock with security closure, guider system
and foot pedal.
The machine is governed by numeric control and CNC electronic programming.
This machine is specially designed for the manufacture of re-winds, large
rotor coils for use in wind turbine industry, using aluminium or copper
wires, including rectangular or flat wires with a special guider.
The concept and design facilitates the placement of necessary accessories
such as end-fillers or insulation paper in foil, of various levels.
