Optional accessories for multi spindle series

When configuring the range of multi spindle machinery, several customer / application specific accessories may be required, we like to think we have one of the most comprehensive available, and can offer a solution to almost and winding requirement.

Options:

• Air Nipper for wire range 0.2mm – 0.8mm.

For cutting larger wire diameters the pin tear method will no longer work, hence we can fit air operated cutters close to the nozzle head.

• Load and unload shuttle.

Allows automated load & unload, improving the machine throughput / cycle, and allowing for extra stations to be added to the line, e.g. soldering, welding etc.

• Skeining unit.

When making a solder connection to fine wire, the mechanical strength of one wire strand may not be sufficient, hence we can "twist the wire" forming reinforced start and finish leads to the winding easing the solder process.

• Tensioners stand

An essential piece of equipment to mount all supply spools of wire, will hold upto required number of spools / spindles. Offered with a mobile options, changing reels can be done away form the machine.
