The standard range of Bobbin Winding Machines are supplied with appropriate tensioners in the package. However on occasions you may wish to purchase separate additional tensioners...

Here are specifications of the types we offer, they can be fitted to almost any machine.

These tensioners are very high quality, with factory calibration and will work well with fine wires down to 15 microns at high speed

Type F71

Used for fine wire (no larger than 0.08mm)
Arm position gives feedback to the system, adjusting the main friction wheel to regulate and maintain
constant wire tension during the winding cycle. The tension setting is controlled by an adjusting the lower knob, to ensure that the arm operates within its working limits.
Ceramic pad at each point of contact, protects insulation and guide the wire.
Captive roller on tension arm is easy to thread, eliminates chance of losing wire.
Tension can be set using scale in grams 1.5gr - 50gr (~0.01mm-0.08mm)

Type M65

Used for fine wire (no larger than 0.23mm)

Type DMA300

Used for fine wire (no larger than 0.23mm)

constant wire tension during the winding cycle. The tension setting is controlled by an adjusting the lower knob, to ensure that the arm operates within its working limits.

Regulates at high wire speed upto 25M/s
Tension can be set using scale in grams 33gr - 350gr (~0.06mm-0.23mm)
