The Biphedre  combines the most advanced electronics and with our traditional mechanical precision, we can offer a winder with exceptional reliability and flexibility. The design permits short tooling changeover time and its base programming, interface and touch screen allows rapid and easy modification in a user-friendly manner.

The main applications are: Motors, reed relays, microphones, loudspeakers, clocks, inductance coil, laser reading heads, sensors, RFID coils, chips etc.. All winding characteristics are in the base program. You will select rotation direction, winding type, wire position, pitch, input and output, winding speed, heating temperature...

The PC guiding system makes it possible to save and store many programs, it also has a database, which gives production data, allowing easier production control.
