Overview
G.S Automation S.A. manufacture production equipment for miniature components and bobbin less coils. In the RFID Technology field, they offer fully automated systems for winding and thermo compression welding of tags, transponders and smart cards to name a few.
G.S Automation machinery can wind down to ten-micron wire on air cores; a typical core of 500 turns runs at an approximate 10 seconds cycle. They also specialise in production lines for SMD components, loading chips from and unloading to SMD reels. Production output with an 0805 chip for example is 2750 components per hour.
For RFID applications you will most likely be involved in winding a coil and bonding a chip. G.S Automation have the answer with a fully integrated system offering greater flexibility, high yield and exceptional production rates; the machine can produce finished products in under 30 seconds (see data sheet Biphedre THB for more information).
Depending on volume required we can offer varying levels of automation from prototyping systems to stand alone winding and bonding stations, right through to fully automatic operator less systems producing around 2000 units per hour - talk to us to find out more.
